WELCOME TO THE SHOW

Set in the heart of the Green Mountains during the height of fall foliage, the Weston Antiques Show has been attracting collectors, dealers, residents, and tourists alike since 1959. Regarded as one of the best small shows in New England, thousands of attendees flock to Weston every year to enjoy the show, the setting, and the season.

The 48th annual show, planned for September 28 through October 1, builds on the success of past years. Located in the Weston Playhouse on the Village Green, thirty-nine preeminent dealers from around the country bring a wide variety of antiques and a wealth of expertise earned through decades of research and experience.

Antiques exhibited include American and English period and country furniture prior to 1900, accessories to 1900, Oriental rugs to 1920, antique and estate jewelry, and paintings and prints to 1935. All merchandise is guaranteed by the exhibitors.
Oriental rugs hang from auditorium walls and drape over theatre seats, spilling out to the stone walls by the West River. Period American and English furniture, folk art, Americana, jewelry, and decorative arts are in the street level stage, lobby, and lounge as well as the lower and upper levels.

Silver, ceramics, barometers, linens, and miniatures are showcased in their own rooms. Walls on all three floors are adorned with paintings, prints, samplers, silhouettes, and textiles. Antique garden ornaments in the Garden Gallery on the porches overlook the Village Green and the Old Mill and Dam amid the splendor of autumn colors.

Always the fall social highlight and opportunity to get first crack at antiques, the Gala Preview on Thursday, September 28 offers culinary specialties from local restaurants and a raffle for a $1,000 shopping spree to be used at the show. The ticket price of $50 includes preview admission, great fare and complimentary wine, three-day show admission, catalog, and seminars.

The show on Friday, September 29 through Sunday, October 1 is $7 and includes three-day show admission, catalog, and seminars. For more information, call 802-824-5307 or see www.WestonAntiquesShow.org.

The Weston Antiques Show is the anchor for Vermont Antiques Week, with 5 shows and 220 dealers within 20 miles. The longest-running show and the only one run by volunteers, all proceeds benefit historic preservation.
